They do not separate out english test and finances when it comes to Partner 10 year route which according to the FLR FP rules it is not required.

The only thing to do is to write to them with the case reference number and request it to be sent to the registrar office. The customer service number I would doubt would give the right info.

Do not risk this by ignoring what they want as evidence or expect they will be kind and ask for a letter- it does not work that way.

You can apply anytime. You will have a shortfall if you are coming up to 10 years Long Residence, even by a few months.

Apply 28 days before expiry should be fine.
