Is 357 before or after tax

But 357 monthly is 1428 x 12 to get yearly is 17136 whis doent meet the requirement am I right

What I want to know as well is what is the lowest amount one needs weekly to meet the requirement and is this weekly amount before or after tax please help me understand many thanks

I get gross 390 weekly with maybe 1 or 2 pound difference so maybe 391 or 389 sometimes but monthly I get £1560 gross so I think I meet the requirement or do I need to earn more say 395 a week or 400
