Well I have 5 bank statements, my january and february pay appears in one statement. CR001 Can you have 4 or 5 bank statements if they cover a period of 6 months?

I am planning to apply for spouse visa through category a, 6 months payslips. Every month I get paid gross £1580 and net £1338.64. Hi

Do the photos that you send as part of proving the relantionship is genuine need to have date and time to show when they were taken on them? Or are just plain photos of you and your parnter without any date stamp fine?

If I get paid gross monthly pay of £1570 for 6 months, do I meet the uk spouse visa financial requirement? Do they just take your lowest monthly gross salary and multiply by 12?

The only reason why I ask is because I read somewhere that if you are a director or hold shares in a limited company than you have to show more documentation, but if what your saying is I can just apply with my 6 ...

Its for my wifes spouse visa. I only want to use my salary I get from this building company I work for to meet the requirement. So me being a director of a diferent company wont affect anything?

I am working for a building company where I earn more than 18600 gross and want to apply through category a. Now what I want to know is if I have shares in a different company or am a director of another company whilst working at this building company will this affect my application.

Can you apply for category a with 6 months payslips if each month your gross pay is over £1550 but you are not salaried? Does it matter I your salaried or not if you are exceeding the requirement? Thank you for your help

Yes they know im living here and no my income wasnt considered when they got the housing benefit, ive only recently started earning 18600 this year before that I was at uni had no job etc, thanks for your help Casa
