Appendix 2 filling up in PDF

hi guys,

is it acceptable if i fill up VAF4 appendix 2 in PDF by typing in black... there is not much room to fit all the details if i fill up with hand... just wonder if that will be any issue??..

hi guys, apprently lots of applicants under 16 of the age are getting this calculation of 0.00 although they are required to pay for IHS...they are not exempt either... I was worried about it too... i filled up everything correctly and checked it time and agian but it gave me the same figure as 0.00...

that's true...you don't need a solicitor to be honest... i paid a solicitor £200 just to show him forms and he didn't have a clue what he was doing.. they basically learn as they go along... this forum is brilliant and can help a lot... i regret paying him that money...anyway, good luck!!!

hi guys thanks a lot for your advice. I have ordered latest statement again today from 17th Decc. to 24th Dec. and that will be sufficient because it give us more days.. the only problem now is that she said the statement will take 7 working days to arrive... i hope it arrive on time before i fly......

Thanks seagul, appreciate ur advice. I wonder if I get statement off the internet and then get signed by bank, will tahtbe ok? I've read it somewhere that they don't accept internet statement... thanks

Hi Please can someone advise me on this. My last bank statement is issued on 17th December. We are going to submit the documents and biometrics on 12th January. It gives us 27 days from 17th Dec. to 12th Jan. the next statement will be issued on 17th Jan. which is too late... I don't want to include...

hi CR001, thanks a lot for your reply. i thought it might be the same case. i also contacted a solicitor who told that they would contact me for the payment. he wasn't sure though, he thought i must have made a mistake in the forms... i filled up everything correctly and checked them a lot times but...

If a marriage taken place abroad in any foreign country is accepted by the ECO, then the divorce is also accepted... the divorce should be done by the local court of law obviously... the certificate should be translated into english and apostilled / attested by the foreign office in Pakistan... make...

as per my understanding, you only need a sponsor letter which should be signed and dated... you can get it sworn by the oath commissioner and that will become statutory declaration too... such declarations are only required by the court of law...

The overtime will be taken into consideration as long as the its mentioned on your wageslip and the gross income meets the income threshold. I think you will have to prove the source of savings too if the amount is lodged in lumpsum in one go, it could be a letter from your mother saying that she has given you the money as gift or inheretence etc...

hi, i have just read this on Appendix FM1.7... I am a non salaried employee and do overtime to meet financial requirement of 22400 for wife and a child visas.... it says the overtime will be counted towards the gross annual income......and then in 5.5.8 it says that any overtime or commission earned...
