Re: MIR calculation verification + evidence time frame

( sum of 26 weeks / 6 x 12 = equvilant of annual gross income.. this formulae only applies to non salaried variable income.... if you ar...

hi, i am still waiting for email from the ECO requesting IHS payment for my 5 years stepdaughter. Re: Date of online application

i agree with seagul.. the HO doesn't elaborate on the date of application whether it's online or biometrics date.. it only says 'date of application'.. having looked at the link earlier regarding Kuar's case... it's one of case and pretty old as well... most cases are being dealt in relation to the ...

Re: 28 rule for bank statement applies from biometric date?

it's very confusing... the UKVI guidance only tells you 'date of application', it doesn't say if it's the online application date or the biometrics date... i personally think it's the biometrics and the documents submission date.. i also asked a solicitor about it and he said better to be on the saf...

IHS request timeline??

my wife submitted settlement visa applications for herself and her daughter (5 years old) on 12th Jan. Daughter's IHS was exempt and were told that the ECO will request at later stage if required to pay. I just wonder how long does it normally take the request to come through?

Thanks
