I have now applied for new application after AR and within 14 days. My accountant got letter that I am not allowed to work. Am i not allowed to work(as a director) while I am waiting for the result of the fresh application?

New FLR(M) form but I've submitted the online application before the change. I've applied online for FLR(M) visa on 18th November 2016 and my visa appointment is on 28th December 2016. Few more questions-

1.FLR (M) - Does my sponsor needs to accompany me on the day of the same day appointment?
2. Also, does sponsor signs the Consent - Part 3 as well financial sponsor - as I meet the income threshold myself as well ?

From Tier 2(General) to ILR Dependant

Hi,

I'm currently on Tier 2 General work visa and I want to switch to ILR dependent spouse visa. She got her ILR through Tier 1 General, 5-year route.

What are my options to do that I'm bit confused between PBS dependant and FLR(M) visa?
