I dont think your stay between rejection and appeal would be considered as illegal, normally home office would allow an appeal time, if you go through the rejection letters if you have it should state somewhere how long you have to appeal and stuff. I think its how you entered UK legally / illegally...

Hi Guys,

I applied for BC in February and done the Biometric and have not got any response yet.

Does anyone have any recent experience of how long it normally takes? I know the official time is 6 months min but just wanted to see how others are getting response
