Re: ILR Application- T 1 Ent 5 year or 10 year route help please!!!

Also we have had a change of address after we made the application but we had not informed the Home Office about this. So I was wondering whether I can get a change of address done online or can I just do it over the phone with them or do I need to send a letter to confirm that they need to redirec...

There is no need for any of that information. If they need extra docs they will contact you directly afterwards. ILR under long residence has no income requirement so do not worry about low income
Thanks again Zimba. I will complete the application soon.

Re: ILR Application- T 1 Ent 5 year or 10 year route help please!!!

Hi all I just had a further question about my husbands application. In the employment status section on the (ILR) LR application, it asks whether you are employed or self-employed. My husband being a Tier 1 entrepreneur runs his own limited company which is linked to his visa and is running in loss ...

hi,
Ideally I think you should write the salary amount your husband is taking out of business. Is there a PDF version of this form available? Thx
Thanks Sameerb

I think you can save the form and download a copy when you have partially completed the form.

Re: ILR Application- T 1 Ent 5 year or 10 year route help please!!!

here is no need for a cover letter or explain what happened with TIer 1E partner. That is not relevant at all even under Tier 1E route as his application is separate to his business partner :!: Under long residence you do not need to provide any evidence from your Tier 1E period unless asked specif...

ILR Application- T 1 Ent 5 year or 10 year route help please!!!

You can apply under both routes as you seem to be eligible. Under long residence your dependants chance for ILR will be affected if you have any. Under the 5 year route, you need to show employment and genuineness just like the extension. It is really up to you Hi Zimba Thank you for the response. ...

I have also heard that there are recent changes introduced due to which you cannot make any in-country student application from any current visa categories apart from two exceptions (Syrian nationals and Diplomat's family route). Please advise about this. Nonsense. Don't believe everything you 'hea...
