Re: ILR postal applications (excluding 10/14 yr.)

No amendments. I'm a company director though. Previous applications have been made on fully employed basis. There should'nt any issue as far as I am aware. Should be straightforward as they have had required documents inc company docs and my personal tax docs. The letter about the delay always comes...

Re: ILR postal applications (excluding 10/14 yr.)

Getting really frustrated as mine has gone past the 6 months now. The call centre does not give any information other than the fact that it is still been processed. I even had an email around the end of November saying it would be considered within the standard processing time!

Re: ILR postal applications (excluding 10/14 yr.)

you really need to get some advise from an immigration lawyer. is it worth the risk compared to the money that has to be spent on a lawyer? I have made this mistake in the past. From my personal experience I would recommend to get some professional advise. Hi trunks2k8 thanks for reply , i have coma...

Re: ILR postal applications (excluding 10/14 yr.)

Best wait till the 7the and ring back then! Think they have started processing most of the applications before the 6 months so you would probably hear back off them soon. I have applied for ILR SET (O) based on Tier 1 General on 07 June 2016. However, no communication so far from the Home Office. Ca...

Re: ILR postal applications (excluding 10/14 yr.)

Hi Everyone, I spoke to the law firm which did my application on Friday (the 18th). They said that most of their ILR applications via the Tier 1 (General) route are being approved on, or within a few days of the 6 month mark. Has anyone heard any additional anecdotal information on how long Tier 1 ...

Re: ILR postal applications (excluding 10/14 yr.)

It's frustrating not to have any information on the progress of the ILR application. Mine was posted on 28 May 2016 and today is only 5 days from the UKVI's stated 6 month service standard, but have no news yet. Awaiting a miracle. Hi Roibot, Tbh i was waiting for you to post your good news this we...
