paper pusher-thanx for the kind reply. you are right, i mean they can only work as a manager. but these people are completed thier degree in nursing back home and desperately want to migrate to UK. but i have been told that people who are doing sandwich courses do not need to at the college fulltime...

rashidsha, thank you for your reply. when do you think the outcome from the court? i know around 9 WP holders who are ready to contribute. as soon as the verdict comes we will arrange meeting in London where we can get as many people as we could.

my friends is a WP holder and his wife is on Spouse visa recently started a dance classes for the children. the the arts council willing to fund some money towards this classes. will that be considered as public fund? will that effect on ILR? pls help
