Well this was my second attempt at HSMP and unfortunately it has been refused yet again. What surprises me is that in my first refusal (last year) I was given 40 points (15 for education and 25 for work exp) and denied the 25 for past earnings and on the second I was given only 15 points (for educat...

I suppose what you say are some realities of life. After your comments I was researching on the net and came across some facts. - Junior level IT jobs seem to be outsourced to other countries to cut costs. Ref URL, http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/5057192.stm - Advanced Computer Networking Skills...

I was hoping someone would reply. Thanks

I did not get your point though. U suggest to get a HSMP visa, I was referring to people with HSMP. Is there any other way to get IT jobs in UK from abroad. I am a bit curious on that.

So expats with HSMP do get IT jobs easily !

Cheers

Cisco Jobs in London

Hi,

A search on jobserve for Cisco reveals quite a number of jobs in London and does look very attractive. Is there a strong demand for Cisco Skills in London and in UK in general ?

Thanks

Hi, I understand that the HO has a reference number issued when you apply for HSMP and they can track ur applications the next time. I earned 40 points(15 for Degree & 25 for Graduate level work) in my first application and failed for the 'past earnings' which HO said they calculated my earnings...
