I was just wondering will there be an interview after that letter or some people just get called for interview and some get letters? I have been waiting for over 8 months now and I called them on Friday and the call centre basically said no decision has been taken on my application yet. They said they don't have any more information or time scale of how long it would take. Did you receive any communication from them earlier on, ...

Bit of a long shot but is there anyone who lost an old passport and if HO investigated it? I want to know how big a problem could that be potentially as they can't check travel dates and period spent outside UK?
Any help would be much appreciated.
