Re: Spouse Visa Extention - Financial Requirement [Unpaid Sickness]

If you are earning sufficiently then use your income alone. OR You both can combine your incomes to cover the shortfall. OR If there is still shortfall then use employer letter confirming her sickness and in that case that period (unpaid sickness) will be discounted. For example if she was sick for...

Hi Guys, I wanted to ask if our spouse visa renewal could be impacted by unpaid sickness. My wife has been employeed since May, 2019 . I have been employed since November, 2016 . Spouse Visa Extension - Maternity Leave

Hi, I have a quick question. If my wife was to get pregnant and had to go on maternity leave, how would our joint income be assessed for the renewal? I know we need to meet £18,600. If the SMP + my income is not enough, however her salary prior to it was? Then is it possible to take the salary from ...

Spouse Visa Renewal/Extension Income Requirement

Hi guys,

My question is that my wife’s spouse visa is due for renewal in June 2020. She is not employed as of right now and my income is £9,000. We intend on combining our income to meet the requirement of £18,600.

Does my wife need to be in employment 12 months before renewal or 6 months?

Thanks!

NI Number in Appendix 2? *URGENT*

Hi Guys, I was recently looking over what my Lawyer had put in the Appendix 2 Form, under Part 3A, Section 3.8 - Where it asks for the Sponsors National Insurance Number (My NI number), it's blank. My Lawyer hasn't put anything in. Could this be because it wouldn't be required? We've included a cert...

However you will get the originals back before she gets a decision on her visa so you could send the original to her.
