return biometric residence permit - never received

Hi all, I just had my ceremony the other day and got a reminder to return my BRP. However, I never actually received one. I was EEA applicant via UKVCAS. From the look of the Feb 2019 timelines,I had assumed that nobody who applied via UKVCAS actually received one, but now I’m doubting myself. Can a...

Re: New UKVCAS service Document Question

You don't get any confirmation when you leave the UKVCAS centre. All they do is take biometrics, and scan anything which hasn't been already scanned beforehand. If you already scanned everything, then there'd have been no need for them to scan anything else. They don't keep any original documents. ...

Re: Application for PR or PR card: form EEA (PR) - UpToDate

EEA national but I must have a complicated case or a caseworker who went on holiday in the summer! Does seem unfair that some people are gett...

Re: Application for PR or PR card: form EEA (PR) - UpToDate

My application took 5 months, but only because they sort of forgot or didn't bother to send the outcome to me. It was refused in June, but I only received it in August. So you may be in a similar situation. There isn't much you can do other than wait for the 6-month deadline and THEN contact them. ...

Re: Application for PR or PR card: form EEA (PR) - UpToDate

Does anybody from EU who applied before 20 June still have an outstanding application?

I'm seeing that people who applied up to a month after me have gotten theirs back, and I'm really starting to stress now! It's been nearly 5 months now for me.

Re: Application for PR or PR card: form EEA (PR) - UpToDate

For EEA application do I really have to send all of my bank statements for all the 5 years period? As proof of residence? I believe the Home Office want a variety of sources spread across the five years, at least two per year. So a handful of statements rather than all would probably suffice, but i...
