Hi

Not yet, i received a call on Friday from HMPO informing me that the home office gave the green light to proceed with my application but they asked me to submit my Birth certificate by email which i did on Saturday, i still haven't heard back from them.

Just to update you, my wife went to her 8:30am appointment and completed the process at 8:55am, she received the approval email later in the day at 17:34.

When i overstayed, i was on business visa
After that i applied for tier 2 and was granted
Now I'm on ILR after i completed 5 years on tier 2 visa.

I hope it's not going to be an issue

No, job title still the same.

I asked my HR advisor if he reported changes but still waiting for an answer. If he hasn't then would it be a problem if he reports them late?
