Hello I have been granted overall 6 years of Tier 2 visa split into 2 two visas:
  • 1st Tier 2 Visa: Dec 13 - Feb 17
  • Visa Extension: Feb 17 - Dec 19

I have been in UK on Study Visa and Post Study work permit visa but that was before the 5 years I am basing this application on, so assume I do not need any of those?

yes and no. when assigning the cos, they will have to enter your passport number. However when u apply, u will have to send your old passport with it, so it will make sense that u have renewed passport after they have assigned cos. 1 page is needed. Thank you.
