Re: Unrestricted CoS allocation - time taken by UKVI?

Hi everyone, thanks for your updates :) My U CoS finally came through! My time frame was 5.5 weeks as follows: Applied approx: 19 October Issued: 26 November (yes a Saturday - that's when I was informed anyway) No extra information was requested. A priority request was requested once the application...

Re: unrestricted CoS allocation - time taken by UKBA ?

Hi gsuri1987, hopeforall9, geet_k and all - has anyone had their Unrestricted CoS issued yet...? (and if yes how long did it take?). My application has now been in for 5 weeks (no request for extra information).

Re: Rcos for November 2016

Hi all, I've realised my CoS is actually Unrestricted as in-country so have joined another thread. However, there seems to be a big delay issuing either (I guess due to volume of applications?) - mine has also been in since mid October, has gone past 5 weeks.

Re: Time to get an unrestricted Cos allocation

Yeah me too! I think we unfortunately just hit a very busy time for the office processing these :( My immigration consultant said there a lot of applications going in that don't affect mine (I guess for restricted Cos's) but they are slowing everything down. Mine hits 5 weeks tomorrow - fingers cros...

Re: Time to get an unrestricted Cos allocation

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has received an Unrestricted CoS in the last couple of weeks? And if yes how many weeks did it take...? I see in earlier posts they were taking around 4 weeks in October, but wondering how long they are taking in November... The application for mine has been in 4.5 w...

Re: Tier 2 Restricted COS

Hi there, mine is still showing as Pending, no extra information has been requested in 4 weeks. Has extra information been requested for yours? Is that when they go into Under Review status? Not sure what all the statuses mean - would be good to know.

Hi there,

Mine is still in pending status - it's just gone over the 4 week mark. Does anyone have any idea how many weeks they are taking at the moment?

Re: Tier 2 Restricted COS

Hi there,

Out of interest, what date did your company apply for the CoS, and are you still waiting?

I am in the similar situation; application for an in-country tier 2 restricted CoS hits the 4 week mark tomorrow. It is in pending status and no extra information has been asked for.
