maintenance fund outside uk

Hello
If you are planning to pay the course fees before you make the application, do you still need to have this amount of money in the bank account (maintenance funds for 28 days) until you pay the fees?
Thank you for your answer

Re: tier 4 maintenance confusion

I agree with what you say. But how can you prove it has been used for this purpose? Do you have any idea if they are going to look into that? For example if someone else paid your fees and you have to pay him back, is that a sufficient reason for this money to be gone from the account?

Re: tier 4 maintenance confusion

The money you show us must be for your use for studying and living in the UK. Re: tier 4 maintenance confusion

I would like to add one more question to that. It says to keep the money in the account for 28 days, but it also states that the money should continue to be available to you even after the application is made. What do you understand from that? For how long should we keep it in the account?

Thank you all for your answers. I see you are right. Is it better to get married at the EEA country or get a visa to get married in the UK?

Re: non EEA citizen in a relationship to EEA citizen in UK

This is what I found in gov. uk website If you did not live together for any part of the 2-year period, tell us the reasons for this and whether you stayed in contact with each other during this time, and provide any relevant supporting evidence. Please give an explanation on a separate sheet if you...

Re: non EEA citizen in a relationship to EEA citizen in UK

Thank you for your answer. No, she is not living here. But I read somewhere that you can use as proof photos, skype calls or any other similar things to prove that you have been in a relationship even not living together
