Is there anyone here have experience of obtaining a new Certificate of Application (COA) after expired the original one and how long it may take to get a replacement COA?

Acceleration letter sent to HO: 3rd Apr. 2017 and NO Reply from HO till today
PR: still waiting

I have one more question!
Based on above situations; I will granted PR; and If my marriage get void or annulment; will I loose my PR.

Because I am expecting my PR to receive by end of Feb 17, but court will go more than that.
