OK upon further reading it appears that you do need to meet the income support cap of £117. Did not realise this. Will appeal and submit the information.

Hi,

So I do send him money regularly and until the 31/12/2020 I thought we were EEA nationals and must be treated as such, no?

I could submit his case in October, as EFM just need to know how. I send money regularly and do have evidence going back two years.

So just got a response from the embassy and they are saying even with the eKid ID she will need a British passport.

Really annoyed as I wanted to travel ASAP for a family member wedding.

She had one for EU nationals. And on it it has her Belgian national number, date of birth, details of parents and states nationality as United Kingdom.

Vinyl I'm going to apply for this which I can get by tomorrow or Wednesday at the latest. Do you think they will allow travel. Have emailed the embassy and await there response too.

Finally got my wife's ID card,

Is this the correct one guy an can she come to the UK or does she need a visa? The card says family of union member in Dutch.

Just re read the Free movement guide and the documents I need are the same as my wife but I need to show dependency so her bank statements and my bank transfer statements will be sufficient.
