Not all banks will stamp and sign statement. quick question which sprung into mind is that when the solicitor filled in the online application form on the date of intended travel he put 09 May 2018... i was wondering will that be the date when she can enter the UK? Yeh true... if you dont mind me asking have you applied... whats your situation?
Just looked on the timelines Shaf786 has got their visa approved.
They applied in december so its march now they are clearing decembers back log now.

No i didnt appeal i waited cause my salary was due to increase 6 months later so i would exceed the £18,600 requirement. Then after my salary increased i was told i needed to wait 6 months for wage slips (really annoyed me) then after a breathe taking 6 months went passed we planned to go see my wif...

So what happened did your wife get visa?
Same thing happened to me my wife 1st xray normal next one showed plueral thickening.
Thats ok so nothing to worry about then.

Anyone know? The main reason for a TB test to see whether a person has TB or not, in this case she does not. Last months salary was £1,411.94 (increased new salary)
Salary before past 6 months was based on £16,800 income so around £1,200 each month for a year iv been getting that so iv not really earned not £9,300 for 6 months

Right, so that means i have no chance if i apply after 3 months. £30,000 (savings)- £16,000 = £14,000.

I guess i have to wait 6 months then :(

Yeah true.... think is the wait is long. I can meet the financial requirement via 2 ways. First through salary and second through savings. They do decide to use the least value which will be £16,800 wage slip then the savings will be calculated of £20,400 i think roughly but i have £30,000 in my acc...
