Tier 2 ISC Exempt - Please help

Hi

I am making Tier 2 application for change of employment with my sponsor. My initial Tier 2 grant was before 6th April 2017 and my initial CoS assigned was as a Tier 4 graduate switching to Tier 2.

Are mine exempt from ISC -Immigration Skills Charge? Please advise as soon as possible?

@Casa, yes, I know you have to post 2 advertisements - find a job and At least one other medium listed in Table 11C (Appendix A). So, if i choose to advertise on indeed website, is it okay? or Reeds?

I have a question regarding the resident labour market test Tier 2. What websites are they referring as a prominent or professional recruitment organisation? Is indeed website one of them?
