You can find all the forms and guidance notes here - www.workingintheuk.gov.in regards Just to clarify, do...

The letter MUST be from the uni (awarding body). Letter from college is purely optional not mandatory.

Anyway, keep us updated. Let us see what HO says in the review.

You dont need to supply anything. Most india degrees are UK equivalent and yours is 4 year so no problem. But I assume the degree is AICTE approved.

It may mean that your documents have been found fine by case worker and they have sent back after analysing them. The role of documents is over as case worker is happy or unhappy about them. CW would have take a photocopy and kept along with your application. No need to worry about that. CW may stil...

makon,

Does that mean that if ITR does not cover claimed period and you have supplied it and ticked the box, your application will be rejected.

I have done that. Can that be rectified ? Is that, that serious ? Is it an error or not ?

I think you all are missing the point here. The review will not be succesful because :- 1. English Requirement will not be met (reason already given by case worker). 2 year degree is not sufficient to prove it. You have to take IELTS. 2. Even if you score 6.0 in IELTS, no new document is allowed in ...

A lot of people have repeated as to what you need to submit. Repeating the question won't change answers, mate. To put it politely, please ask your friend to arrange a letter for english or IELTS as he is going to need for his HSMP extension. Do him this favour. Also, he needs to know about the new ...

You must provide ITR or you need to have solid excuse for not providing them with a proof.

I think you might have to sit for ielts. As 2 year degree is not be good enough to prove your english competency.
