You need 2 kind of valid evidences, if you have them you can royally count that month earnings. Otherwise you need to hold back......

I dont think it is a problem. There is a new template they have showed on hsmp faq's. You can use that template when sending the application......check hsmp faq's on the home office website......

also we dont know how long they are going to give the visa for......will they start it from today or from date of expiry of your present visa...... who knows, they might change the rules for ILR.......if you apply now even if they give it for 3 years.......if the ILR rule changes to 6 years next yea...

Can we apply the extension much earlier than the due date of expiry of the present FLR hsmp. What kck has told is perfect. It is earnings of any 12 months out of 15 months previous to the date of application. It is 15 months prior to the date of application....to be precise it is 15 months prior to the date that HSMP team receives your application..

Sorry that you didnt get through the final step........

As far as I understand, if you are a student currently pursuing some research program, I think you have to finish the current commitment before applying for some leave to remain with wok status. I may be wrong.......
