PG diploma hasn't got any points, you can claim point for your Bachelors degree but not Masters degree. As far as you can qualify with the earnings and points, there wont be any issues to convert from IGS to HSMP, but you should have completed the course that you came for.

When it says NI, is it asking for 'Norther Ireland' information or 'National Insurance' information...I think as you are a Non UK national 2nd one is correct........but you can always call the employer and ask........

she can get hsmp dependent but not hsmp. if you want change to any other visa in UK from student visa, she has to complete the course that she came for first.....but if u r marrying her in a different country, she can directly directly apply without completing the course

You cant say that it is easy.....it depends on the test.....few days it comes up very easy structure and other times it comes up very hard and u cant even think of answering them......moreover for speaking etc it generally depends on the examiners mood....

I think this articles are pretty old after that only they have changed the rules of HSMP new version (Nov 2006). If they were having plans to change then they might have added IELTS score at that time itself....

yeah.......both are right in this argument.........basically wp vs hsmp only comes dependin on situation........if u r happy with ur job, if they have applied u work permit and u dont have any issues there work permit is the best. because you dont need to spend money for visa etc. Its all generally ...

There is nothing wrong in any of the above messages.....it is just you are trying to make aware of the transactions to the case worker. For sure there wont be any issues with the originality....... Thank you victoria, I heard that a student can work full time during the holiday/vacation period and he can also work full time when he completed the course and while he waiting for the result. I know the first statement is legal as they generally work full time during easter and christmas holidays....
