Also, to consider your earnings on prorata basis, u also need to provide the usual supporting evidence of the whole 12 month period, in your case you have to provide the valid earnings proof for income in india even though you are not calculating that period for totalling up your earnings.

According to guidance it is date of last earning claimed. but to be on safeside you can make sure that you cover for the date of application reached to homeoffice. this is just a precautionary measure because few of the case workers forget to calculate that with the exchange rate which was there on ...

Thnx for your update. Thats what even my cousin have been told that they cant accept it for 2nd review and thus we made a complaint. As far as my knowledge, we cant apply for a 2nd review.... but if we are not happy with the decision we can make a complaint. thats what i have been told when we made an enquiry about my cousins application......... The recent petition has had approx 476 signatures which is less than 2% of 40,000, which have been claimed by the HSMP forum as effected by the new rules. Yes Gordon, what you are saying is true.....we are using the guidance notes for fighting back. but you can see the difference of wordings in version 4 and version 5. version4 just says, "You need to submit the appropriate forms of evidence for consideration" where as version 5.0 says "...

yes, as you are telling that he is M.Sc from UK, i think if he qualifies with the points, he can goahead. I know your confusion was with the parttime earnings. But if you make it clear that you worked partime, that shud be fine.
