Hi rrst_101 Dont get upset coz of these current affairs in the UK. Be confident about your case and afterall its a opportuniuty that you seek to go there & work. For this they might tighten their rules or background checks. But they will not treat us 3rd rated. Be at ur atmost optimism & yo...

I dont think the stay will be a problem...... the 28 days comes into picture only if the home office sends you a letter confirming that "you lost the job from so and so company and thus your leave to remain duration is reduced..........." Moreover your employer should have sent the letter ...

This case is different. The agency seems to be your friend's employer (perhaps might have applied for the WP), unless the agency informs HO, they have no chance to know about his current status (even if P45 issued). He might re-employ him based on the existing WP (practically it has become void as ...

No, it has to be Any continuos 12 month period in last 15 months.

If you have a break in that continuos period also they wont consider the previous months, so they might have taken the last 12 month period earnings instead of your 14 month claim

The earnings can be for any consecutive12-month period out of the last 15 months. There can be gaps in employment within this 12 month period. However, th...
