It won't be a problem. That's a standard statement in all tenancy agreements. But if there is a specific clause in your tenancy agreement restricting you from accommodating any additional people in the property without owner's permission then you'll need a written approval from him. regards Hello S...

Hi Guys, my wife applied for HSMP dependent visa from VFS Bangalore. I had asked her to carry both VAF10 and VAF2 because of the confusion that prevailed. u need to maintain some minimum balance in bank statements now a days...also there is a rule that u should be residing in an accommodation where u can maintain a family. They r very much concern about number of rooms etc...
