You can just stick a note for that corresponding month saying that you didnt worked etc. Also mention in the letter that you are satisfying the points without that months salary.

I haven't come across this situation before roy. but if they accept your application and consider working on that as usual, it shud take around 3-4 days to receive the reference number. This is the present running time, as my cousin and ragav both received it in a week gap......

I think it is best for you to keep on call them daily to find whether they have entered in the HSMP database and find the HSMP reference number (not the payment reference number) and post that immediately as soon as you know the reference. Hello Ragav, Even my cousin got the payment reference number it is something like HS2708****. Have you received your HSMP reference number yet. I dont know why it is taking this long. Generally it should take maximum a day or 2 after the payments has been processed. But this is taking more than that...

Its better if you can get the payslips stamped and signed. But if you cant keep the online payslips as it is with the bundle and make a note of exceptional case and mention that you are submitting letter from employer and bank statements

No problem..... I think that is only payment reference number. it is not hsmp reference number. generally hsmp reference number is 6 numbers i think
