you cant get a reference number until your cheque is cleared. so you have to wait for the reference number......

dont worry, there is some problem with the royalmail portal. It is having some problems. even our application was the same case. check the 1st post in this thread. Our application amount was charged on our credit card next day. so not to worry

According to the guidance notes, you have to use the conversion rate which was on the day of last working day of your last payslip.
