Have u received your Masters certificate. what was the date mentioned on that. Reason is that now a days most of the people who completed the course on or after April or May, you can apply for visa........

I dont think it will be a problem....... because I wasn't student at that time (about one month) but I was still on Student visa in the UK though. I claimed past earning prior to all these 29 Sepetember 2004 . hope you have claimed the past earnings prior to september 2003.......u mentioned 2004.....

But in the FLR (HSMP) application there is no break down to divide the 12 months period. Do you think it is possible to divide the 12 month period in last 15 months like this 1) Mar-06 to Oct -06 (8 months) 2) Dec-06 to Mar-07 (4 months) Is there any suggested guidelines or anyone applied like this ...
