Re: JR permission hearing in Upper Tribunal, anyone representing themselves? 322(5) character refusal!

Congrats on your success, l admire your bravery. The home office asked for a pause in 322(5) issues. They are currently reviewing their decisions on the use of 322(5) internally. They were meant to conclude their reviewing ending of June but l believe they are currently running late. The Members of ...

Re: JR permission hearing in Upper Tribunal, anyone representing themselves? 322(5) character refusal!

The general environment have not been softened fully, you still need a barrister and a good one at that, that is familiar with 322(5) issues to defend your case. Am surprised that you didnt know that HO normally responds late and l don't know if you have gone through their own bundles too. lf you had...

Re: Please help, to prevent another near miss.

Hi everyone, My situation is taking another shape. l have not received the decision of my AR neither did l receive any advice of delays from the AR team. It is understood that one is granted visa on the earnings he/she claimed to Home Office but l do not understand why is expected that the earnings should actually match with HMRC if it is not the same accounting period. Hi Turton, I have been waiting since Feb 2016. You said your husband recently got granted a visitors visa. Re: ILR application on 10 years

Atimes people are being advised to wait out for the tier 1 general lLR application without fully weighing the trend of what is obtainable at the moment with current tier 1 general application with HO. Re: 30 days Paid Holidays ILR

@baitrical, am a little confused as the reason why you are presenting the letter. I though that as a tier 1 general you are allowed to work as self employed even at your annual leave period as employee if you are working for different person. For example, if you took paid annual leave from a company...
