Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Submitted my application June 10, biometrics via IDV on Aug 28. I have two friends who submitted exactly the same date and time I did, but submitted their biometrics on Aug 29 and Aug 31, later than I did, but have got their decisions 2 days ago. I wonder what is delaying mine, we have the same empl...

ILR online application mistake

Hello. I applied for my ILR online, and realised I made a mistake regarding my current rate of pay as 48894 instead of 40681. The discrepancy was because of my erroneous computation of the fringe pay added to my basic salary. I am now unable to change my application online. What should I do? Thank y...

Tier 2 Supplementary employment

I am aware that tier 2 visa holders can hold supplementary employment of up to 20hrs per week. Aside from my main employment, I also currently hold a nurse bank contract with the same trust. 1. May I join another trust's bank register aside from my main employment? (So main employment + main trust's...

Changing Employer after first tier 2 general visa

I am currently on my first Tier 2 general visa expiring on may 2018 as a nurse.
However, I wish to transfer to another employer on the same job after this current visa expires.
Will switching employers on 2018 affect my eligibility to apply for ILR on 2020?
