i AM VERY SORRY BECAUSE YOU CAN ONLY COUNT FROM THE DATE YOU ENTERED THE UK AND NOT FROM THE VALID VISA DATE. SO BE VERY CAREFUL BECAUSE THEY ARE LOOKING FOR SMALL REASON NOW TO REFUSE ANY APPLICATION.

How guys,

Please can a apply for judicial review for my tier 1 general ILR application refused based on IT mistake from my bank while I have another pending application for settlement under the 10 years long residence.

I hope the period of his new application or appeal pending is counted as his or her lawful residence in the UK as far as he or she made the application within 14 days of the conclusion of his or her AR or Appeal and he or she has not exhausted all the his appeal rights in the UK

P60s are not mandatory and it depends on the period you are claiming points eg 6/4/2016 till 5/4/2017.

Please make sure your P60s cover the period of your income and if not use all your Payslips for the period in question or else the will refuse your application.

I was told to submit another application or reasons why I should remain in the UK within 14 days, leave the UK voluntarily or would be removed. I submitted an application for human rights claim on the 7/12/2016 because they would disregard 14 days overstay now and the last decision was on 25/11/2016...
