Re: Domestic Abuse Case EEA Family Residence Card Holder - EU Spouse Left UK Intentionally

Hello, Thank you for your response. As your EEA citizen spouse has been outside the UK for six months, I believe that you may already have lost the right to reside in the UK. -> I have just rechecked again and apparently he left by end May 2017. I wasn't sure that he really is moving because before ...

Re: EEA FM - Recidence Card Application

"Euro" would be the HO department dealing with EEA matters. I didn't apply for PR under current rules but BC which was flagged as "Nationality". If it's £65 then must be for your application, unless made other payments of £65. Thanks, alterhase58. I didn't understand the meaning...

EEA FM - Recidence Card Application

Hi All, I have just sent my EEA (FM) Residence Card application to the Home Office on Friday, 3 March 2017. On Tuesday 7 March 2017, there was a payment taken from my account 65 pounds. I assumed it is the Home Office taking payment for my EEA (FM) Residence Card application fee. However, I am a bit...

I realized it is listed on the supporting documents guide but it does says optional for us to decide which documents needed to be submitted. Thanks, cmn...

Thanks, noajthan. That's relieving. :)
What about bank statements? Is it okay if I don't submit the bank statements with my application this time? I will only submit my EU husband's pay slips to show that he is working and a qualified person.

EEA FP approved once, going to apply again

Hi everyone, I had my EEA FP approved once and I went to the UK on 27 Nov 2015 until 26 May 2016 just before it's expired. I didn't apply for Residence Card yet because I had to return to my country (Indonesia) that time due to some family matters. However, now I'm going to apply for EEA FP again fr...
