Re: MN1 success without ILR mother not settled

Oh I reckon the other kid did not need ILR in the first instance because the other three siblings are already British. Re: MN1 success without ILR mother not settled

Hi,

Would you please explain why did you apply for reconsideration? Did they reject the MN1 in first place by saying the child is not having ILR?

My neighbor's children were born in India.
Its seems interesting. Would you please tell us more about their journey and success, this would help others. I have seen few posts where children are registered without ILR but its on discretionary basis.

Re: Need to change driving licence-shall I use the new DL for Naturalisation application

Thanks for your thoughts. I will obviously scan and upload my GB DL along with NI DL. But I just want to know whether is It wise to change the ID document in case if they want the same ID used for LITU test.
Any more thoughts form senior members or others who faced similar situation.

You cannot bring your father to the UK as your dependent.
Please correct me if I'm wrong. I suppose he can bring his father via adult dependent relative visa. However the chances of approval is really narrow.

Yes you can send MN1 application with the ILR approval letter. You no need to wait for BRP as they can check your details on their system.

No I have not included any covering letter. I called Nationality helpline and they told me to carry on with paper referee forms.
