I submitted spouse visa application on February 27th in Bangkok and I was shown the following announcement. VFS staffs said to me that ALL applications are to be on hold (even though on the announcement itself says SOME), they also put a note on the document checklist that I had been told about this...

Just to give you a bit of update, it has been 15 working days and I have not had been contacted to collect my passport yet. It could be because they are busy or it is on hold, I cant be sure! The application is assessed against current law , regulations and requirements. Meet them and get the visa. Presumably previous hubby notified UKVI in good time about previous breakdown. It will be in your favour that you left the UK when your first marriage broke down. Submit strong evidence of a genuine relationship as this is likely to be scrutinised closely and if you are able to do this, having been on a previous spouse visa shouldn't be a reason for refusal.
