Re: Mistake Made on Spouse Visa Application : (

You could send them updated statements as soon as possible. Send them with signed and same day postage. And don't forget to keep the receipt of this postage. So JUST just in case of refusal you could argue that you have provided them with an updates and they as they mostly do an irresponsible and h...

Re: Didn't include photos of me and spouse - likely refusal?

They are unlikely to contact

What proof did you include to prove your marriage is subsisting since your marriage? e.g. phone records, her tickets to UK, you going to her to see her etc etc

If you didn't include any then there is likely to be a problem

Re: Rejection letter - advice required

IELTS Academic is sufficient for spouse visa BUT the test must be “IELTS for UKVI” not just plain IELTS. There is no real difference except some more security measures. Fee and tests etc are all the same. So you must have mistakenly got your wife to do IELTS Acedkic rather than IELTS for UKVI Academ...

Re: France shcengen visa for wife

thank you. what does proof of travel itinerary mean? Is it just asking a travel agent to make reservations but not actual bookings? What about accommodation? The embassy people seem to be insisting on seeing proof of accommodation.

Re: Spouse visa application refused; advice on appeal...

One other matter that may come up is that it seems you convinced the university that you were a home student (via NHS) for both degrees. This means you benefited by tens of thousand of pounds at the expense of the uk tax payers and is likely to have been one of the reasons for refusal and may be rai...
