If it helps at all, I recieved my brp about a month ago but only just recieved my docs back with almost a month interval. Fingers crossed yours is on the way. Otherwise you can ring up the customer service line and see if they might be able to offer any advice.

Been waiting 9 months+ too and it's for an FLR (O) extension.
