student visa to hsmp

I have an MBA in finance but after gaining the qualification I was still on student visa and hence could not get decent jobs...i have recently got a diploma in computer science...can i apply for hsmp on the basis of qualification but not relevant work experience....

what happens next for PR

I am on student visa and have worked full time in the past, however now I am not seeking such roles cos when I apply for PR next year in june I am not sure how will that F/T work affect my application. I worked F/T for around 1 year.

Reply back if you think I can/cannot get PR.
