We are on Tier-1 Ent and going to apply for ILR next year. We need to enroll our employees on pension scheme. Is NEST'pension scheme acceptable/approved by Home Office.?

Your job creation during the waiting time won't count. It will only count from the date of extension approved.

What date does the HO counts. I mean if u post ur documents 2 days before expiry of visa and due to weekends HO receives documents next date of expiry visa.
