Read ur big letter if you guys are real couple and they are doubting your ground why don't go for legal advice..perhaps you can sue them if the are stopping you for getting married.. I believe if it's gonna real marriage they will ask for evidence and you have it or even physical check on ur premise...

Yes put saparate if he is living separately.. If they ask for evidence then provide address prof on ur name and your wife diff address too.. Is ur husband got citizenship in Ireland?
If so you use ur twitter account in the Irish passport website they respond quick further more book an appointment with passport they provide special support in this kind of case ..

Hi there If you email to inis they will send eventually the email meaning as previous email.as long as it's in initial stages the email response will be pretty much same.. Now compare to nomal cases you should get ur second letter soon and on the other hard if u lucky u might get second letter n app...

But tell what google for immigration solicitor..
All solicitor will be pretty much same fees wise and they all same expertise in the field..

If I were I'd even talk to a free solicitor because in ur case still I think you should follow domestic rules .. However send ur application but before talk to legal advisor.. Not to worry..just send your eu1 form to relevant department and you will receive an acknowledgement letter in few weeks and shortly after you will receive a grant letter from them issue with 6 month temporary visa.. With this visa letter you (Eu citizen) and your non Eu spouse have to go immigratio...

As still I think u shud follow domestic rules as ur partner is Irish.. However if u go by Eu-1 form you can submit your form and get ur temporary stamp for 6 month first... Then will ask you provide prtb and land lord letter too.. But you get six months time to change ur home n give them updates if ...

Eu-1 form is not if your partner of an Irish citizen or married to an Irish..
You should follow Irish domestic rules .
