Thank you for the screenshot.. Well when your passport will be ready or even when it will be printed the progress bar will be at the end..so if it's moving to step by step the tube gets fill out.. However your status is saying something different so it's moving now.. Couldn't not see what's ur statu...

Hi there
Withdrawal of an application does not affect the other stamp..
Just tell her to write in Eu treaty department regarding withdrawal with all details..
They will send an acknowledgment basis on that..
Make sure she does register post and also a email to them as back up..

The visa she has now it doesn't give any rights as you do.. But being married to you it does but for this she has to apply first for her residency visa and it has to be granted by INIS. As you are British citizen you have to submit for ur wife Eu-1 application.. You should have evidence of living in the state and as well as few other requirements.. First come first serve mean people usually get approval but make delay to make the payment of 950 euro..
So they will serve the applicants first who pays the 950 euro at their earliest convenience..

Nah man at the time of divorce don't have live together..
Residency with evidence in state during divorce is important..
Are you applying on ur own or via socitor?

3 q line for retention according to solicitor
1.divorce has to process after 3 years of marriage
2.during that atleast 1 year of working or treaty practices by Eu citizen
3.During the divorce Eu citizen has to be residing in the state with proper evidence of residency in the state..

I saw few cases they 3 years length visa on the first place..
Some got 1 year and even two years..
Immigration officers could issue 3 years at a once it's depends who u dealing with I guess

Hi maxmath Can you please tell me what date your wife received approval letter for citizenship? I mean what date it was signed and what date u received it? And with in how many days u had to pay 950 euro.. Look if you really find hard to deal with the situation just go to solicitor even a free one.....

Hi Nog0612 Can you guys see tracking on DFA sites.. If u see the step like the tube is filling.. My one going bit slow and one of my mate has submitted Monday.. Shows nothing in the tube ..it's says received only.. NB:tube it's like an empty tube fills and indicate how far we have to wait to receive...

If there is no issue you might get before the time..
Making fixed date they Deleverd it on time but they will might ready ur passport before 25th..
One of my mate post it and they received it on Monday and in the system it shows progress almost over 90 percent
