Congratulations billy89 and thank you for updating the forum.

It' gives a little more peace of mind to learn appeals don't go to the back of the queue after a lengthy wait the first time. (Not that 6 months itself is not long!)

EU1 appeals processing time

Does anyone have any idea how long it is taking to get responses to appeals? My appeal is in relation to an application under EU treaty rights for a non EU citizen married to a British citizen living in Ireland.
