would the dependent use the FLR(HSMP) to apply to be added as a dependent?

Studnet to HSMP Dependent Switch

can someone please point me the direction for the form that would be used for a turkish national currently in the UK on a student visa- wanting to switch to a HSMP dependent visa? (going be to married soon- know about COA requirement).

so let me get this straight... you have a student stamp in your passport. you have a letter granting you a WP. you DO NOT have a FLR(Work Permit) stamp in your passport?

slightly different. my FLR(HSMP) was issued in the wrong name. they replaced an "rn" with an "m" in my surname.

called them. had to send my passport back for the correct name.

i'm confused. you can only send in your FLR(HSMP) if your HSMP has been approved. this is a two step process and you cannot go to the 2nd b/f the 1st has been completed. step 1- apply for HSMP. get approval step 2- apply for FLR(HSMP). check that you can change in country from student to HSMP. quest...

i applied 20-Feb-07. approved 12-Mar. passport sent back with wrong name written in visa section. so i sent it back and i had the passport back (with the correctly spelled named) in 4 days.

are you applying for ILR based on WP? if so... the letter needs to state that you're employed by them, and that your employment is continueing.
