How many payslips is it required to provide as some say 5, others 3 but the form only actually asks for the last one, not older than 1 calendar month ???

Sush, thanks a BILLION for answering. Sorry for being stupid, but COP = SOC code, right? Also, will CW use the LAST payslip or an average of the 3?? Cos my payslips are all different (ie : 2500 in March, 2300 in April and 2600 in May etc... and this is more or less the same for about approx the last...

How is my hourly pay calculated??

Got an issue to fill in the gaps on the SET(O) form. My WP states 25000 / y for 40 hrs/week. 1 - How do i calculate the hourly pay?? 25K / (40*52)?? If yes, what about the 28 days yearly leave?? Is that included?? I'm really confused, cos i don't work weekends!! So it can't be divided by 52 ?!!... C...

Hi, very very quickly. I heard or read somewhere (sorry, forgot the link) that if you do a same day application, you may not have right of appeal as your visa would not have expired. However, if you do a postal, you will.

Is this true?

What are the grounds for providing a right to appeal?

I agree with going for the same day, which is what i was going to do, but again, i read somewhere on the forum that in case they refuse you, you've got no right of appeal if your visa isn't expired. However, with the postal application, your visa will definitely expire and you've got right of appeal...
