Since to change surname on BRP and it requires change of name on Passport first..

Is it possible to renew passport before one travels to UK? So when you collect BRP, all you do is use your marriage certificate to change your name on BRP?

Ok let's assume the applicant didn't attach 12 months if bank statement? The rule also says the caseworkers can request for documents if they feel by providing documents the application will granted?

Couldn't they ask for them to provide 12 months bank statement?

If I were you, I will send all these documents with a cover letter immediately, especially Employment letter and Tenancy agreement. Also email them these documents. They don't always ask for missing documents.

Don't delay and send employer letter asap because it's highly required. Maybe sending this letter may work.
