Re: Sending documents assistance - Spouse Visa

Any document that are not A4, you send the original and also send a photocopy of that document printed into A4 paper. For example marriage certificates in Bangladesh or Pakistan are bigger than A4 and a weird size, so that would need to be photocopied and sent with original. They ask to send in A4 s...

Re: Bringing 2nd wife in UK from Bangladesh n divorce acknowledgment

You can divorce in Bangladesh, make sure it goes through the district (upozilla) courts.

Once you have that paper, you are free to re-marry anywhere. If you are still in contact with your first wife it would be good to let her know you will be divorcing in Bangladesh so she knows too.

1 - Only MN1 legislation 3(1) is required for the registration, that alone will not give him entry to UK 2 - When registration as British Citizen is successful to enter UK you will need to apply for a passport, you can either apply for Right of Abode certificate and use nigerian passport with it to ...

Not at all random, calls are made when they require further clarifications.

Your triggers would have been half your age, only met few months ago and from malaysia.

2 - Not really required as without payment bio data wouldn't have been submitted to complete the application. Add it if you can as you have 2 weeks to send your docs for priority and 4 weeks for non-priority.

Re: Appendix 2 - Part 3A - Financial requirements

IHS you pay online, actual application you pay at the VFS centre. You will get a email saying your application fee is $6,000 to be paid at VFS, dont be alarmed this is a error people from Bangladesh get, reason its a error is because its meant to say tk6,000 for the userpay service to enter the VFS ...

Re: Still waiting for a decision.....

UKVI are known to provide different status updates at different times. I would get MP to write to them and find out why its taking so long. In the mean time continue having sabr and waiting because you have done it so well so far and it's nearly coming to an end now InshaAllah. I hope your hubby is ...

Re: Appendix 2 - Part 3A - Financial requirements

1 - Mention nickname / pet names in cover letter. I know someone who used to address his wife by the name of Lovely everywhere even though her name was Arfrin lol. He simply explained the pet name in a cover letter. Write something like: "I address my wife xxxx by her pet name xxxxx which we ha...

Re: spouse visa deportee. can i married again to british citizen out side UK

You can marry and then your wife can sponsor you via settlement visa. But most likely your application will be refused due to 10 year ban. Doesn't matter if you marry a British.

Have you legally got divorce certificate for your first wife now?

Re: Appendix 2 - Part 3A - Financial requirements

Terrible advise to send P60s and 12 months of bank statements for a CAT A. Simply you are relying upon whatever your salary rate was in the past 6 months (before any increase) as your base figure, and then in the employers letter have them mention your increase in salary. Include 6 months of bank st...

Re: Still waiting for a decision.....

Your solicitor is correct, you can apply with priority service again. However, due to previous refusal your priority application will likely take longer so that's why it is not recommended to use it.

If you have the money and can afford it then why not go ahead.

Re: Settlement Spouse Application- Priority- 25 working days and no documents returned and only one email update!Help

It is not unusual for them to add few days to the vignette sticker after a decision is made so that if it takes few days to deliver the passport it would still enable you to have the maximum time to enter UK. They do specifically state not to make travel arrangements until a decision is made, so you...

A call from kingston wouldn't be immigration officer, rather staff from the place where passport was submitted. No one can guess outcome as it can be either refusal or approval only way to find out is to go and collect the passport.

An application is not deemed complete until bio data is submitted. If you have balanced out the pros and cons and have come to conclusion cat f is best for you, then go for it, all the best.

Re: Accommodation requirements

Try and speak to a different housing officer. They need to simply state that they have no objection with wife joining you as there are no overcrowding. You may want to explain to them that once wife comes to UK you will fully register her with the council etc, after this they may be more willing to ...
