is any mba from India recognised by All india council of technical education AICTE - considered spot on by NARIC or is there inter institute variability. I have done mine from kharar under Punjab tech uni. (chandigarh)- will it be recognised?

I have a 4 year HSMP stamp on my old expired passport (expired in september) which now I have renewed . However the valid visa stamp is still on my old passport.
