I would not suggest sending H1 related docs. This is again an unnecessary step that is not needed. Secondly, you will have to prove that H1 requires bachelors degree by giving a USCIS law that shows that. Windmill, I think you are right that if you want to claim points for Masters degree then you dont really have to send Bachelors degree.
